Establish, maintain, and strengthen the company's internal control framework, often based on frameworks like COSO.
Conduct risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities, inefficiencies, and non-compliance areas across the business.
Develop, review, and update policies and procedures to ensure ongoing alignment with business objectives and regulatory changes.
Assess the design and operational effectiveness of internal controls, especially over financial reporting.
Ensure adherence to relevant laws, regulations, industry standards, and internal company policies.
Prepare clear, concise, and actionable reports on findings, risks, and recommendations for senior management, the Audit Committee, and other stakeholders.
Investigate incidents of non-compliance or control deficiencies and work with business partners to implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with various stakeholders, including business partners, regulators, and internal departments, to foster a culture of integrity and accountability.
Provide training and support to employees on internal control policies and procedures.

Pendidikan minimal S1 Accounting atau IT
Mahir berbahasa Inggris baik tulisan atau verbal
Berpengalaman di bidang internal/eksternal audit dengan pengetahuan di bidang Kontrol Internal & Standar Internal Audit (contoh COSO Framework, Sarbanes-Oxley atau persyaratan J-Sox)
Diutamakan memiliki Sertifikasi Profesional (contoh . CIA, CPA, CISA, dll)
Memiliki pengetahuan umum dalam hal regulasi Indonesia
Mampu menyusun dan melaksanakan strategi audit, analisa bisnis proses, dan perencanaan lain yang memperkuat kontrol internal perusahaan.
Mampu berkoordinasi dengan auditor eksternal termasuk merespon permintaan auditor korporat, tugas insidental, review khusus, bilamana diperlukan.
Bersedia ditempatkan di Cikarang atau Karawang.
